The night before Tuesday, Joel Embiid, who represents the Philadelphia 76ers in basketball NBA, joined a rare group in Finnish time, he scored an amazing 70 points.

The Cameroonian star became the ninth player in NBA history to score at least 70 points in a game. Before him, Wilt Chamberlain, David Robinson, David Thompson, Elgin Baylor, Kobe Bryant, Donovan Mitchell, Devin Booker and Damian Lillard had done the trick.

– Feeling good. I was hot. “My teammates gave me the ball and made sure I got the ball in the best spots,” Embiid praised.

The game hero grabbed 18 rebounds and dished out five assists as Philadelphia beat the San Antonio Spurs 133-123.

– I also have to give credit to the coaching staff. All in all, I have great people around me.

Coach Nick Nurse highlighted the 29-year-old's brilliance. At seven feet or 213 centimeters tall, Gambler is a combination of size and skill.

– He can shoot baskets in many ways. A guy with that kind of throwing ability is very hard to stop. Anything can happen when he's like that.
