The Norwegian duo won the Melodifestivalen

Marcus and Martinus will represent Sweden at Eurovision in Malmö.

Norwegian Twins Marcus And Martin They have won the Swedish Melodifestivalen. Duo's hit song Unforgettable Beating its rivals by a whopping score of 177 points, Madina finished second. What will be Scored 104 points.

Marcus and Martinus are making history as it is the first time a foreign artist has won the Melodifestivalen. The twins were moved to tears at the victory.

– I've never felt this way before. Many thanks to Sweden for voting for us, Martins told SVT after the win.

– We have heard that it is difficult (to win) because we are Norwegians. “It's amazing to get this kind of support from Sweden,” continues Markus.

– Sweden has a special place in our hearts, Martinus adds.

Marcus and Martinus went into the final as clear favourites. In the last 10 years, only Lorraine has had less success.

As the winners of the Melodifestivalen, Markus and Martinus will represent Sweden at Eurovision in Malmö in May.
